Membership FAQs
You can purchase a membership anytime through our website. Simply click “Book Now” — when the Boulevard booking window appears, scroll to the bottom and select “Membership.” From there, you can browse all available options and use the arrows to compare plans. Your membership will be billed on the same date it was purchased (online or in-store). For example, if you joined on August 14, your payment method will be charged in full on August 14, and your membership credits will be added to your account that same day. You can email, text, or call us anytime to check your current membership status and see how many benefits you have left to use.
If you change your mind for any reason. Memberships can be canceled within seven days of purchase. All unused benefits must be redeemed before your membership ends, as they do not roll over or remain available after cancellation. To cancel, simply email, text, or call us.
You can check your remaining perks anytime by asking us during your visit, or by emailing, calling, or texting us. We’ll be happy to let you know exactly what’s left in your membership to enjoy.
Yes — your friend or family member can use your membership pricing benefit if their appointment is booked alongside yours on the same day and time. If their appointment is scheduled at a different time or day, the benefit cannot be applied.
Your membership starts on the day you purchased it, if you did not use it within membership period, the credit and perks will not rollover or get extended.
